- Contact and inquiry data (MakeDoingEasier): Name, email address, and company name submitted through our contact or CV download forms
- Communications: Messages, comments, and other content you submit through our platforms
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access our products, we may automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type, and operating system
- Device identifiers and screen resolution
- Referring URLs and pages visited

3. SMS and Phone Communications
SMS Verification: Some of our products use SMS-based one-time passwords (OTP) to verify your phone number during account creation or login. By providing your phone number on these screens, you consent to receive one-time verification codes via SMS.

5. Recruitment Data (Talent Bridge)
Talent Bridge processes sensitive recruitment information. Additional protections apply:
- Purpose limitation: Candidate data is used solely for matching candidates with hiring opportunities through the platform. It is never used for unrelated marketing or sold to data brokers.
- Controlled access: Candidate profiles are shared only with hiring organizations and hiring managers designated by the recruiting account that manages the candidate relationship.
- Candidate rights: Candidates may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their profile data at any time by contacting the recruiting organization or us directly.
- Data minimization: We collect only the recruitment information necessary to facilitate the hiring process. Salary and compensation data is visible only to authorized recruiters and is not disclosed to other parties without explicit consent.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to:
- Maintain your session and authentication state
- Store your preferences and settings
- Analyze site traffic and usage patterns
- Measure the effectiveness of our content

- Recruitment data: Retained for the duration of the candidate-recruiter relationship. Candidates may request deletion at any time.

- Usage and analytics data: Retained in anonymized form for up to 36 months
- Legal and compliance records: Retained as required by applicable law
10. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

- Secure credential management (passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text)
- Serverless infrastructure with automatic security patching
